Flinders Wine and Food Festival 2005

The Flinders Wine and Food Festival was held again on Sunday 23rd October at the Remarkable View Vineyard near Murray Town.

Whilst the rain provided a challenge, the crowds' spirit could not be dampened. A large crowd enjoyed the fine wines and food available and were entertained by Trev Warners band "Blue Gum" and a sparkling array of belly dancers. Everyone stayed dry under the cover of the hayshed and adjacent marquee, and the hard work organising for such weather was evident.

The food stalls served some excellent choices for lunch, while the art and craft stalls set up in the shearing shed were popular, and the live music kept everyone entertained.
